Maine’s Positive Story of the Day from Penquis Valley Middle School in Milo ~
We here at the Penquis Valley Middle School in Milo, Me (MSAD 41) raised money for Teacher Appreciation week. We had jars for 6 staff members and the staff member that raised the most money was going to get duct taped to the wall. One of the staff members was me- the Principal. My jar ended up with over $100 dollars! The second place had $5. Students (and I believe some staff) were very excited for this event. Today, I was duct taped and it was all the talk.
Here is a link to the video, which you can hear the excitement it caused: https://fb.watch/a1QvyFY3ip/
It was a great way to connect to the students and bring our school together for the last day before break.
