Maine’s Positive Story of the Day ~ Kate Furbish Elementary School in Brunswick ~
All of Kate Furbish Elementary School participated in Global School Play Day on Wednesday, February 7th! This is a day where we supported unstructured play for all students, while providing an environment for social interaction and growth. Children explored their creativity and problem-solving skills while directing their own play without the use of screens, structured games, or adult direction.
It was a joyful day for our 600+ PreK to Grade 2 students and their teachers!
