Maine’s Positive Story of the Day ~ Madawaska Elementary School ~
Just as Principals’ Month was kicking in, Christian Arnold, principal of Madawaska Elementary School sent in this positive story. “Our PK students have successfully mastered the ‘line.’ This is the first year for full day PK, and just 2 weeks into the school year, our four year old students are successfully forming a line, respecting Voice Level expectations in various locations, successfully carrying a lunch tray without dropping it, and settling into Rest time. We have have many succinct days in a row without crying. Some even drag their feet to the bus at the end of the day, wanting to stay longer. We are off to a great start in our Early Childhood classes!
